Drug Taste

Using our models, we computed the taste prediction for a set of approved drugs which can be found in Drug Bank. This dataset includes compounds that were predicted to either have a sweet (S) or bitter (B) taste. The compounds can be sorted by ID, name, taste and the confidence score of the prediction. Further information on specific compounds can be found through the linked drugbank entry.
